Mortgage Exploration Program.
In 2022, we partnered with CEE to launch an educational program aimed at preparing Black youth for careers in finance. As an employment partner, this collaboration also provides program graduates with career opportunities within RFA or other organizations in our industry.
CEE's mission is to create a society and economy in which Black youth can achieve financial prosperity for themselves and their families. Through collaboration with Black youth, their families, employers and the broader community, they are tackling this challenge by addressing the economic and social barriers faced by Black youth through career education and training.
