Kim Riley
President, RFA Asset Management
Ms. Riley has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has held various positions in accounting, valuation, investments and developments. As President Ms. Riley oversees many facets of the business, including leasing, operations, and property management. In her prior role as Executive Vice President – Investments & Developments she lead the investments team in more than $5B of real estate transactions in multiple markets across Canada and the United States. Ms. Riley holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from the University of Manitoba and Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA) designation.

Jaclyn Koenig
Chief Financial Officer, RFA Financial
Jaclyn Koenig is RFA Financial's Chief Financial Officer and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Artis REIT. Prior to being appointed Chief Financial Officer, Jaclyn held various accounting and finance positions with Artis REIT since 2007 and has been responsible for financial reporting, property accounting, oversight of internal controls and has led the growth of the accounting team. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from the University of Manitoba and Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) designation.

Kara Watson
EVP, Legal & Corporate Secretary
Kara Watson currently serves as Executive Vice-President, Legal and Corporate Secretary of RFA Financial and previously served as the Executive Vice-President – General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Artis REIT. She has over 20 years of experience as general counsel in the commercial real estate industry, including over 15 years at Artis REIT. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba.

Greg Moore
EVP, Real Estate – North America
Greg Moore leads the real estate and asset management functions for RFA's North American commercial real estate portfolio. With more than 24 years of industry experience, including 16 years with Artis REIT prior to RFA, he brings extensive expertise in asset management, leasing, property management, and capital allocation. Greg oversees the portfolio's strategic direction and financial performance, with responsibility for leasing, property management, and capital deployment initiatives that support value creation and long-term growth. He holds the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.

Lec Mroczek
SVP, Leasing – North America
Mr. Mroczek is a senior commercial real estate executive with 20 years of experience leading leasing strategy, portfolio optimization, site selection, land acquisition, and development initiatives. In his current role, he is responsible for driving enterprise leasing performance and shaping long-term portfolio strategy across a diversified North American platform spanning key markets in Canada and the United States.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mroczek has held progressive leadership positions with leading national and multinational organizations, including Parkland Income Fund, Tim Hortons, and Artis Real Estate Investment Trust. He has consistently delivered strategic value through disciplined leasing execution, asset repositioning, and the alignment of real estate portfolios with broader corporate growth and capital objectives. His experience across both landlord and occupier environments enables a comprehensive, performance-driven approach to market strategy, risk management, and value creation.
Mr. Mroczek previously served as Retail Chair for the International Council of Shopping Centers and has been a speaker and panelist at major Canadian commercial real estate industry forums, contributing thought leadership on market trends and sector evolution. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Management.
