Mrs. Bournas serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of RFA Mortgage Corporation, bringing more than 20 years of experience in mortgage underwriting, credit operations, and risk management. As a founding member of RFA Mortgage Corporation, she has been integral in establishing the firm’s operational infrastructure, performance standards, and distinctive culture from the ground up. Under Marina’s leadership, RFA Mortgage Corporation has originated and funded over $9 billion in residential mortgages and continues to manage a growing portfolio of assets under management. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.

Michael Dressler is Chief Operating Officer of RFA Mortgage Corporation, where he draws on more than 25 years of experience in financial services and mortgage lending. He brings a broad background across both financial and non-financial operations, with deep expertise in financial and product analytics, credit risk management, pricing, strategic planning, and lending product management.

Michael joined RFA in 2019 through RFA’s acquisition of Street Capital Bank and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021. Prior to RFA, he held roles across Finance, Strategy & Operations, and Product Management.

Michael is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and holds a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy & Administration from York University.

Cheryl Buhs is Vice President, National Sales at RFA Mortgage Corporation, where she leads the company's Prime sales strategy and operations, including a national team of 12 sales professionals. With more than 18 years of industry experience, including Vice President, Sales, Western Canada at Street Capital, she has a proven track record of driving origination growth, strengthening national brand presence, and building high-performing sales teams.

As a key member of the executive team, Cheryl plays an instrumental role in advancing the company's mission, vision, and values while helping shape its long-term strategic direction and growth initiatives.
